Terms and Conditions for Blake Ridder’s Filmmaking Masterclass
Welcome to Blake Ridder’s Filmmaking Masterclass. By accessing and using our website and enrolling in any course or subscription, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Access and Use
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the product(s) you have enrolled in, which may include one time courses or subscription based content, delivered as on demand videos and materials.
Access is provided for personal, non commercial use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.
Lifetime access applies only to products explicitly sold as lifetime access at checkout. Subscriptions provide access only for the duration of the active billing period.
2. Payments
We offer both one time purchases and subscription based products.
One time purchases must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as stated at checkout) and will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
3. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Once a subscription renews, the new billing period is considered started and is non refundable. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or renewal charges, except where required by law or granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4. Refund Policy for One Time Purchases
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a one time purchase within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed or started the course.
If the course content is accessed, commenced, or partially completed, you forfeit your right to a refund.
To request a refund, please email [email protected]. Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Blake Ridder or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. User Conduct
Users are expected to use the website and its content respectfully and responsibly. Any form of harassment, abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blake Ridder’s Filmmaking Masterclass and its instructors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
